All of our services focus on maximizing our value proposition. This gives us a true differentiator, in my opinion. Too many service providers are nothing more than value added resellers, who know very little about the cost benefit or value proposition of the packaged software they are delivering. Because we chose to use this technology, anyone working with us is motivated to deliver the kind of quality, consistency, and value that users look for.

How do you see SOA4 aiding you in the Solution Services market?

This technology addresses four key issues:
  1. Creation of new custom applications;
  2. Customization and extension of existing applications;
  3. Support of user personalization;
  4. Integration of data from disparate databases in real time
I am not talking about making minor changes to web pages, DHTML, or portal software, but about the creation, customization, and personalization of complex e-business and back-office applications. Many companies provide a very superficial level of customization and personalization, but with SOA4, we are beyond what you are seeing from other providers. While all integrators and others offer their clients a certain level of infrastructure savings, with SOA4 we succeed in providing not only greater overall value, but also a better application platform. SOA4 successfully eliminates the need for expensive upgrades and provides the same level of client-specific service whether the business is small or large, geographically dispersed or centrally located. Most important, this accelerates the rollout of new business systems. These features, combined with numerous other factors, contribute to a reduced cost-of-ownership.
